If you are a tenant and you would like your landlord to use our service, just provide their contact details upon sign up and we'll get in touch with them.

How do you differ from using a letting agent?

We know that maintenance issues can be one of the biggest pain points of being a landlord, we focus specifically on taking care of this for you at a fraction of the cost letting agents charge for full management.

This allows you to save money, have full visibility but still keep control of the management of your rental property.

Do you offer full property management?

No, we currently focus solely on low-cost, hassle free maintenance management as this is usually the most painful part of being a landlord.

How do you check the tradespeople you use?

Before we start working with a tradesperson we check that they have the necessary qualifications for the job and that they have public liability insurance in place. We also routinely check their work to make sure that it's to the high standard we require and that our code of conduct is adhered to.
